To reserve an item, select the relevant category, enter the dates required, and we'll show you what's available.
Add the item/s to your basket and then checkout, selecting any add-ons you might require.
We'll prepare your item/s following our multi-step safety and sanitation process, and it will ready for delivery.

We'll deliver to you
We'll arrange delivery to your desired location, whether that's at home, a hotel, an Airbnb or a local airport (Bournemouth or Southampton).
If you are staying away from home, we can liaise directly with your host, hotel or family members to arrange delivery, ensuring your equipment is ready and waiting for your arrival.
Free delivery and collection apply across Bournemouth and Poole postcodes. Courier fees may apply for items outside these areas.

During this period, if you have any queries or issues with the products, our customer services team are here to help.
We’ll collect from you
At the end of your rental period, we will collect the item/s from your desired location, liaising directly with you or the property hosts.
